"Floating observation deck" program concept by the upgrade. Studio proposed. Way to plant growth will be more "pods" around the float up and down the main tower, to mobile observation purposes. This futuristic towers will contain a museum, information center, offices, conference centers and restaurants and other functions, each suspension of the "pod" can accommodate 50-80 people, by the control tower in the strong electromagnetic rail slide up and down.
