Solar power back to the Observatory the first image

Solar Power Observatory (Solar Dynamics Observatory, SDO) was launched a satellite in February this year, is also called a space mission. SDO is a NASA Sun-Earth relationship observed "Living With a Star (LWS)" part of the plan. LWS program aims to better understand the relationship between the sun and Earth. SDO is based on the scientific objectives of the time and space for small-scale to multi-band under the Sun's atmosphere, in order to understand the Sun on the Earth and near-Earth region of space. SDO is expected to be able to study how the solar magnetic field generation and magnetic field structure, how to store electromagnetic energy and how solar wind energy, high-energy particles and the form of multiple wavelengths of radiation released into the solar circle and outer space. via Wikipedia

SDO satellites carry three scientific instruments: Helioseismology and Magnetic Imager (Helioseismic and Magnetic Imager, HMI), changes in extreme ultraviolet experimental instrument (Extreme Ultraviolet Variability Experiment, EVE), Air Space Physics Laboratory (Laboratory for Atmospheric and Space Physics , LASP), Atmospheric Imaging Component (Atmospheric Imaging Assembly, AIA)
